First Visit with Scottsdales Dentist Dr. Bundy
When you first arrive, you will fill out your New Patient paperwork. This helps our team get to know you better. If you haven’t downloaded and filled out the paperwork prior to your appointment time, it’s a good idea to arrive around fifteen minutes early so that you can complete these forms.
New Patient Paperwork
You can fill in the shaded fields online if you have the necessary software, print, and bring in the forms on your first visit. Or you can print the forms, fill them out, and bring them in on your first visit, either way is beneficial to expediting your visit.
During your Appointment
We will begin your exam with a series of digital images or X-rays so that we can get a better look at your entire mouth. These images allow us to determine what type of cleaning you will need. New patients often ask if they can have their teeth cleaned during the first visit. The answer is absolutely, as long as the patient does not need periodontal treatment.
Prior to your X-rays, Scottsdales Dentist Dr. Bundy will discuss your dental history and the reason for your visit. After a complete oral exam, he will suggest a treatment plan that’s best for you. This is important because seeing the full picture helps you make the best decisions about your treatment. Our goal is to provide you with comprehensive oral care.
Additional Treatment
If you need additional treatment, we will be glad to accommodate you for same day care in most cases.
Dr. Bundy and the rest of the Scottsdales Dentist look forward to brightening your smile!
